Customers can look forward to the ultimate in comfort and convenience at every step of their travel journey, with three classes of service to choose from. We’re continuing to invest in the customer experience with our ongoing fleet upgrades, including new cabin interiors and new technologies.
Our Cabins
Travelers can choose their seat amongst the clouds! Our Economy Class cabin provides comfortable seating and in-flight entertainment, while our Premium Economy Class offers enhanced comfort with a larger seat and extra legroom in a dedicated cabin. For the ultimate enhanced travel experience, customers can book Air Canada Signature Class, where they can beat the jet lag in lie-flat pods, all-inclusive meals and beverage service, and luxury amenities.
Redesigned A321
In October 2023, we unveiled our first upgraded A321, featuring an all-new interior and industry-leading cabin technology. The redesigned aircraft features a new cabin interior, new technologies and services such as new exterior cameras, Bluetooth audio, and free high-speed internet sponsored by Bell. We’re continuing to retrofit our remaining Airbus A321s and A320s through to the end of 2025 for an elevated narrow-body cabin experience.
Award-Winning Lounges
We offer lounges in 19 airports worldwide, including our award-winning Air Canada Signature Suites at Toronto Pearson and Vancouver International, and our Maple Leaf Lounges. We’re continuing to grow our lounge network with the addition of our new Maple Leaf Lounge at San Francisco International Airport, featuring our first outdoor lounge terrace, in addition to the new Aspire | Air Canada Café at Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport.
The ultimate in in-flight entertainment
We doubled our in-flight entertainment content between 2022 and 2023 with 2,500+ hours of movies, TV shows, music and podcasts. New additions include hours of star-studded series and films with Apple TV+, plus Audible Originals, podcasts and audiobooks with Audible. Aeroplan members can also stay connected while they fly with free in-flight texting, sponsored by Bell.
New routes and expanded services
Travellers can explore more of the world with our new routes and expanding services. Starting April 3, 2024, we’re offering the only non-stop flights from Canada to Singapore, with year-round flights from Vancouver. We’re also offering expanded services to popular European destinations for Summer 2024, including a new year-round route between Montreal and Madrid.
