Cheri, featuring live entertainment and French-inspired cocktails overlooking the Strip, opened this month at Paris Las Vegas.
Chandeliers, garden landscaping, an antique spiral staircase and tufted lounge seating distinguish the 9,000-square-foot outdoor space, which can host more than 1,000. It is the latest venture from Las Vegas-based JRS Hospitality.
"We wanted to create a space where guests can capture the spirit and enhancing essence of Paris, without ever leaving Las Vegas," said Perry Edwards, managing partner of JRS Hospitality, which also operates Alexxa's and Beer Park at Paris Las Vegas.
Signature drinks include The Devil's Smoke, with mezcal, Campari, lime juice and agave. The Good Luck, garnished with a rosemary smoke bubble, is served with rye, sweet vermouth, rosemary apple syrup and bitters. Groups can order large-format cocktails, serving up to six, including the Mon Cheri Amore, with Ketel One Botanical Peach & Orange Blossom, peach schnapps and lime juice, topped with sparkling soda.
Cheri accepts reservations and is open from 8 p.m. nightly.
