Emerald Cruises will introduce a culinary-themed sailing in 2024 hosted by two former "Top Chef" contestants.
Dale MacKay will join Tom Goetter onboard the Emerald Destiny in June 2024 for the culinary themed journey.
Goetter is currently the food and beverage director for Scenic Group's ocean product. Scenic is Emerald Cruises' parent company.
The eight-day Danube Delights with Celebrity Chef Dale MacKay will sail between Budapest and Munich.

Guests can expect a private cocktail reception co-hosted by the chefs; a collaborative, regionally inspired dinner created by Goetter and MacKay; and a live cooking demonstration reminiscent of a Top Chef challenge. Each chef creates a dish from the same ingredients, followed by a Q&A. Two guests will be chosen to win the opportunity to cook with the chefs.
Prior to joining Scenic Group, Goetter was a finalist on season one of "Top Chef: Germany" in 2018. MacKay, who is Canadian, won "Top Chef: Canada" in 2011 and went on to open five restaurants with his business partner.
The cruise runs from June 21-28, and prices start at $4,207 per person.
