About Togo
Accommodations range from deluxe international hotels in Lome to very basic park camps and local properties. All of the major tourist areas have more than adequate accommodations. We suggest staying in a wide variety of lodgings to get a better feel for the country. There are good hotels both on the beach and in the city center in Lome. The best way to understand the Togolese, however, is to spend a few days in a village.
