Company facts

* Privately held company.

* Sales: 75% business, 20% leisure, 5% other.

* A BCD Travel joint venture partner, and a part of Signature Travel Network.

2022 Developments

* Rebuilt and fine-tuned business model, better managing virtual employees, outfitting all team members with the exact technology they would have had in the office and facilitating hybrid work.

* Formulated new incentive structures based on customer success metrics.

* Developed additional tech integration to calculate accurate carbon emissions tracking in booking and improved its ability to deliver information on carbon emissions at the point of sale and consult on the effect of how sustainable business travel is for employee health and well-being.

* Built new internal processes and integrated technologies required to book and service NDC airline content.

Looking ahead

* Enhancing group travel product offerings, increasing customer service standards and continuing to invest in technology stack.

* Fully deploying NDC content consumption technologies, exploring omnichannel strategies, recruiting new partners to track and report off-channel bookings for clients.

* Anticipating turbulence in 2023. Clouding the skies ahead: rising interest rates, financial system uncertainty, geopolitical unrest, persistent inflation pressure, the specter of a recession, continued flight-scheduling disruptions, hotel-staffing issues and the uncertainty that rapid NDC deployment has had on the TMC space. Nonetheless, company believes that corporate travel's already-significant recovery is on track to rise above pre-pandemic levels by 2023's fourth quarter. Vacation travel booking continues unabated.
